Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping is included in the price of every painting and print. We ship worldwide. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

All our prices include secure, professional packaging, shipping, and full shipping insurance throughout the continental United States and most regions of Canada. Depending on the size of the artwork, protective packaging may include a custom-built wooden crate to ensure safe delivery.

Traditionally, original works of art have been exempt from import tariffs. However, recent changes in international trade regulations may affect certain shipments.

Any applicable import tariffs, customs duties, or additional government-imposed fees are not included in our prices and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

We're always happy to help clarify any potential charges before your purchase, so there are no unexpected surprises.

Because each piece is an original or a limited, hand-finished work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If your artwork arrives damaged or lost, email us at thegeekerstudio@gmail.com as soon as you can after delivery, with photos of the artwork and the packaging. We will repair the piece at no charge, or create a new one. You are fully insured.
